I want to start a pressure washing business. I would be pressure washing apartment complex’s’ in Minnesota. Specifically washing their outdoor parking lots, underground garages, indoor chutes (rubbish & recycle) and 4-10 yard garbage dumpsters. I want to do it correctly (legally) but to be honest I have gotten lost in an internet black hole when it comes to any laws that govern this type of activity. I would be using a hot water pressure sprayer sometimes combined with dish soap or a chemical degreaser. My pressure washer operates at 3600 PSI.

I have not been successful at finding any specifics related to MPCA and EPA for licensing//regulations//permits needed
