I agree, @Tim4 was very fast getting back to me with the proof and making sure it was correct. I got my signs in yesterday around noon and put a few of them out. I got a call this morning off of a sign worth 5 times what I paid for all 10 signs. I’m very happy with them and will definitely order more.
@Aaron_88, did you just put them out on medians and busy intersections? Customers yards?
I put them out at a few busy intersections and stores like Walmart where everybody in town has to go.

4 signs stolen so far in less than a week. We figure it’s a new startup company taking them. We’ve been seeing their signs out lately.
Well 10 signs only cost me $150 and the next day I got a job worth $700 off of one of them so they definitely paid for themselves already. The customer service and quality of the signs was impressive
God help anybody I catch stealing my signs, that’s the same as taking money out of my wallet. Did you put yours in public places or in the yards of customers?
We put them in public places where we never had a problem before.
I hope y’all are wrong about not using “House Wash” because my signs and all the business cards I ordered have that… We’ll see.
I think it all just depends on where you live. Where I live most people have never heard of soft washing so when they want their house cleaned they look for pressure washing
I put out 21 of my flyers on mailboxes Saturday. I have NOT HAD ONE CALL… so far…2 people looked at my Facebook page… Guess I just got to think, I’m planting a seed…
We get the majority of our business from our website. Think about it, if you’re looking for something in your area, you search for it on your phone or computer.
I think we’re gonna have a large billboard along the hwy soon too.

@Tim4…got my signs today. They look great according to the wife. Tim was top notch with communication and customer service. I highly recommend contacting him for a quality sign. Wife said she placed one in front of the house when they arrived. I will place 1 or 2 in the area this evening and track the response.
Put out 150 flyers in a neighborhood for $100 off if booked by March 1. Put them out a week ahead of time. I booked 3 jobs. Had 2 other calls that were just tire kicking.

Oh I know. I put out between 15000 and 20000 eddm mailers in the spring summer and fall for my landscaping company. A 1-2% response rate is great. Putting out 21 door hangers imho is a waste of time unless you’re going to hit those same 21 doors 6 more times this year. 80/20 sales and marketing will teach you to find the clients with bleeding necks… I would purchase a few marketing books.
