Working on a new 4x8 compact build

When i started i bought the cheapest trailer i could afford. I had so many problems and near misses. In hindsight, i would never go back to a single axle, spring suspension. Since i upgraded to a heavy duty dual axle with torx suspension, i went from maybe 5 incidents a season (broken suspension, broken axle, and more) to 0. Now i’ve had 2 like that for years with 0 issues. Much much safer for everyone on the road. And when (not if) you get a flat tire, you have another one that side to support the trailer until you notice and pull over instead of losing control. I must say though that i drive in a lot of private dirt roads full of big pot holes and that doesn’t help.

Oh, I get it, I put stickers on the inside lid of my chem and equipment storage bin. No reason, just a place to put those stupid WCR stickers  Yeah not PWR stickers, I’m not cleaning windows.

For those reading who don’t know, this site (well WCR) sells chems and equipment and purchases go to ensuring they all live fat and happy:) They do have a site I use for free so I don’t mind, besides as a cheap bastadge I sometimes find their prices with shipping to be the lowest.

Hi guys, is there a thread here which I can refer to for help with the plumbing setup of my trailer? I’ve already spend hours trying to figure this out, but my ADHA brains just gets overwhelmed and freezes.

This is the setup I was planning on using, but now I have changed it for the tote to be all the way in the front, with the barrel behind it and the pressure washer on n the back.

Just look up truck bed and/or trailer builds on o get an idea of how evyone else is running theirs. You’ll learn the whys and the why nots of certain layouts

I disagree completely with you on this. I’ve been running these in my machines for the past year and a half with no problems whatsoever. They last a hell of a long time. I’ve used them to fix friends’ chainsaws, a few weed eaters, and some other small engines. My predator loves them. Starts up two pulls max with them.

Hi guys, this is the setup I finally landed up with. It is currently kind of back heavy, but I intend to install a Chen tank up front along with a 12v battery and pump.

I still need to add a couple of hose reels on the side, one for storing pressure washer hose and one for softwashing.

This is definitely not the final setup, but it is working for me right now and I’ll keep making changes as I need to. I still need to plumb the IBC tote, something I will do in the coming days. Currently I’m just focusing on getting this to work properly and doing some actual work.

The final pieces are here, chem tank not pictured… now to finally assemble everything.

Here is where I am so far. It’s constantly a work in progress…

Have to start somewhere, right…..get some work flow and reinvest back in your business. Much success!
