Window Cleaning Vs Surface Cleaning

If yours is working don’t mess with it. My advice is what works for me. It may suck for others. Either way it’s free so take it for what you paid for it

Well I just want to try different things and see what works the best. I setup my trailer with very little real world knowledge so it’s time to play around with things and see if there are better ways. Plus, we’re getting ready to setup another rig so I want to know all the tips and tricks before I build that one.
I certainly do appreciate your wealth of knowledge and your willingness to share it with all of us.

Yes, that’s what it’s made for. Your tips from your softwash are for 60 psi or so. Little different Assume your pw has a little more pressure than that.

I have my ds injector at my hose reel also

Since I believe he got his question answered, I’m going to ask a question slightly off topic, hopefully I don’t step on anyone’s toes…

I’ve been doing a bit of research but can’t really find a good answer. From what I’m gathering, pressure washing should only be done on a flat concrete surface. Will a 7gpm 60psi 12v soft washer effectively clean brick siding or should a pressure washer be used? I am trying to get my foot in the door, like a lot of other people are and am deciding what set up to use without buying both(can’t afford it, yet) and without turning down too much work because I don’t have the right equipment. Any recommendations?

Get a pressure washer and a X Jet. The 12v can wait until you have the money. There’s nothing that you can’t do with an x jet that you can with a 12v. Yes even roof cleaning.

But the 12v is far less expensive than the PW…

Not when you factor in the time it takes with 12v vs a pressure washer.

The rule of thumb for most equipment in pw is it will pay for itself quickly, at least much more quickly than most other businesses, as long as you can generate the work. Also, sometime more pressure is needed on brick than a 12v can produce. (500-1000 psi in my experience)
