Don’t get discouraged there is money to be made in commercial. The difficult part is trying to while also working residential or HOA’s . Most have to pick one or another.
Most of these jobs are not around the corner. Some are almost 4 hours away. On an average a one man crew will do two a night.

You now have $85 left and you haven’t serviced or fixed anything.

The shot answer to your question is walk in the door and ask for a manager. Then ask them who is in charge of maintenance. Person/ company/ manager/ owner/ whatever. And how can I contact them.
Sometimes is actually marked on the drive through window. Or some place else.
