Who Offers Deck Restoration?

Last year we did about 40 decks, this year we haven’t done one yet.

It’s 99% of our business - 5 crews running 9 months of the season doing decks, fencing, cedar siding, log homes and commercial wood care. 2012 was a great season. Wood is a niche market that you can make some great money in but it definitely requires a passion for it as it’s not without it’s headaches. TimberSeal is our wood care and restoration company. [URL=“http://facebook.com/indianaprowash”]Indiana ProWash is our mobile pressure washing and restoration division. Over the years I’ve turned down / missed a lot of commercial washing opportunities in not wanting to dilute our TimberSeal brand so I broke it apart into it’s own.

Links above are to our facebook pages for those interested.

Glad to see you here, Greg.

We did about 60 Decks since March this year.

Thanks for all the information. We are currently looking at adding this service.

We’ve become known as the Triad’s Decksperts and we rescue decks from March through November. In fact, we have become so well known for rescuing a deck that our prices top $2.00 a square foot – and we charge separately for the stain. I helped write a manual that can be purchased from MySupplier.US, who also is my supplier for some awesome products and stains. Yes, and the manual tells about removing coatings and paint from decks.

if that company is so awesome why arent they sponsors of our forum?

Very simple: A) we just joined today, B) we do very little pressure washing…even on decks our primary technique is to sand the deck.

So what is involved in being a sponsor and do we do that?

I would like to know this as well
