Same here. Kids go to the local restaurant in our town and do trunker treat. kids don’t gotta work for their candy anymore, shame. Lol

We had to wait for a trolley in line for 40mins to travel 200 yards to the building because the poilce blocked off the parking lot to the place and if you walked to it you would be fined because the main road was considered a highway or something like that. I had donated about $30 worth of candy to thus place 2 weeks before hand. Kids barely had half a bucket when we left. It was raining bad so indoors was the best place i cant complain.
That stinks. Seems to alway rain or snow on Halloween.@grizz

As a kid i would carry a pillow case and wouldn’t come back till i could barely handle the wait. Then me and my sis would trade our candys lol. We would sometimes hit houses mutiple times.

My mom wasnsmart she would take us to million dollar nieghborhoods lol. We used to pass for twins being so close in age but i never seen it. People always say we look just like our mom. 
My mom is own the right btw. Some people think shes my sister because she looks young.

Burning wood now, Ain’t ya 
I have been burning for a couple weeks. Mainly at night but have thrown a big chunk on before leaving for the day a few times. It’ll be 24/7 in another week or two. I still have a lot of wood I need to split.

Still running the A/C at night here but i do run a space heater in the bathrooms in the morning.
I wish we were still in a/c weather. We had absolutely no fall at all this year. We went straight from 85 to 45. It’s suppose to be 54 on Wednesday but then a high of 32 the next few days. Another week of washing and I think I’m done for the year. Maybe I’ll head out your way and take a month vacation. I’ll follow you and Rick around, sit in a lounge chair, sip a cold drink, and watch you two work.
