Well I went by last night with my newly purchased measuring wheel to measure curbs, sidewalks, and buildings.

Each of the four apartment buildings are 90’x190’ but like i said before I will only be cleaning the bottom 5’ all the way around.

I measured over 5,000 Lineal feet of curb and almost just as much lineal in sidewalks.

I’m thinking it will take me and one other person atleast three maybe four days to complete this with my setup and renting another hot system from a local rental place. Would i be crazy to price this around $4,000-$5,000??? or is that too much?
