Wash Prices

These pay $50.00 using a three step process with a brush. We DS and our max time with 1 man is 40 minutes. I have six of these I do biweekly.

I have been trying to get the skinny on the two step process because I am looking at 18 Live Hual trucks at a Poultry Plant. I want to cut one mans time in half and drop the price by $10 to get a weekly contract price for 12 months.

I have watched a few you tube videos on the two step process but no one mentioned the soap they were using. Acid is not acid and soap is not just soap, some are better than others.

What’s the best acid and soap combination for professional quality results?

I don’t touch a tractor under 40 dollars. Taking your time and doing it right I’m about 35-45min to wash a tractor. I have been one stepping no brushing but believe I will be trying a 2 step process this year. The ph levels are key. 1st step 3 or below and 13 to 14 on second step. If you wash polished aluminum be very careful with your chemicals. I upsell engine washes and protectant as well. If basic fleet wash and they have 15 plus trucks i would drop to 35 but still will take 20min for basic wash. Also make sure you check your reclaim laws in your state!
