Virtual Assistant answering service

That’d be the 1st time Emma cared what was going on in the business. Lol

I’ll tell April that it’d help me make a decision if they threw a credit your way.

@Patriotspwashing have you ever considered outsourcing to the Philippines? I’m very new to the pressure washing industry but I’ve been in the call center industry for over 10 years and know a lot of people that can work from home. If its answering call and taking down details and basic customer service would be very easy to find people that can help. If you want to train them on specific terms/ pressure washing jobs that would even be better. Would be cheaper than paying someone in the US. I’m in the Philippines by the way let me know your thoughts maybe we can get on a call some day and talk about it if you want

I’d rather pay more and hire American

Not to sabotage Corey’s response, but I use bidslot based on his recommendation and after doing a significant amount of research on other answering services.

Conclusion: bidslot is the most reasonable domestic service for what you get. I looked at overseas VAs and ultimately it’s not such a significant savings that I’d be willing to trade the value I get from April and her team at bidslot.

Especially since I just read they’re kicking us out.

Just bumping this thread again. I think I’m about to try Posh. About $1.60/minute, plus you can have them make calls for you. I’ll let you guys know how it goes if someone asks later. I’d love to hear some updated experiences from some of you guys using these services.
