Man I understand where you are coming from I was the same way. But if you focus on p washing buy some good equipment you will make more money and have more time with the family. At least that’s what happened for me.
Im originally from Selma but claim mobile as home. my teenage years were spent in Tillman’s Corner. I love Mobile. If we weren’t so dug in here we’d be on the east shore somewhere.

Brandon MS. don’t really like it much but daughter’s in high school wife loves her job and my commercial client base is growing plus our place is almost paid for so I guess we’ll stay put.
That is the great thing about this business - you make it what you want it to be.
Yes, I do a lot, from pressure washing to fence building to exterior painting, window washing, landscaping and more. Some of this stems from trying to build a business up and filling holes in the schedule with things I know how to do and confident will deliver excellent results.
We each of our own goals, ambitions and expectations of what we want out of this. Some invest more, some keep it small. Their is not a singular path. The guy with a 10 gpm machine telling someone they can’t wash a house with a 2.3 gpm is hogwash. You bet you can, may take longer, but if it is working for you and you are comfortable with the payment, then go at it all day long.
Whatever it is you are doing, do with excellence, do with purpose, and always put the clients interest first. We are here to serve others and to do so with integrity, honesty and to exceed expectations. If you are not able to do that, no worries, tell the client up-front and refer them to someone else who can. No shame in that at all.
I have run $30 million dollar companies and I have run a company of one. My outlook on life, business, who I am and what I do hasn’t changed and it shouldn’t.
