Not sure who your disagreeing with. But I agree its chalk and different color paint from hands on work.

Not a power washer.

I was saying that the caulk lines are a different color than the spots where someone scrubbed. Caulk lines show original color of the hardi, scrub spots show where oxidation was rubbed off. Doesn’t really matter either way, more chemicals and more agitation isn’t going to give OP a better result in my opinion

Maybe it was a touchup and a housewash and paintbwas subpar and got jacked. Thinkjbg maybe indoor paint, or paint with organics in it, or wasnt fullly cured enough, or D) all of the above.

Maybe you should just walk away.

This guy wants you to fix problems not in your wheelhouse and you’re hoping it’ll be a big win because he’s a big name.

Never happens. Maybe .05% of the time. He won’t remember you tomorrow.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Runnnnnnnnn

Had a lady come into the shop after having a painter in her 5000 sq ft house for almost a month, he was re doing everything, trim, doors walls, ceiling … I asked her if Ron needed anything else because hed had told me he hoped to be finishing up soon. She asked “Who?” … you know the man whose worked 4 to 10 hours a day in your home… she had no idea his name… he was just a service provider nothing more. Really put thing’s into perspective for me.
