Elemonator is the shanizzle! I can tell a huge difference when we use it verses when we haven’t.
The ox axid works very well removing rust stains from concrete as well. But don’t use it on finished concrete - and don’t ask me how I know that

Just a quick follow-up. I returned to the house to try gutter grenade on the rear facia and try BARC or gutter grenade on the orange trim. To my great pleasure the orange was gone completely and the previously mentioned weep hole drainage was completely gone also. (thank you rain) I tried the gutter grenade on the gutters and facia with no luck. Not sure whats on the gutters but its going to stay. The owner said they tried to remove it a couple years ago with various chemicals and were also unsuccessful. Overall the house looks great and the owner is more than satisfied. Mission accomplished. Thanks again for all the help.
Very nice. It takes about two hours of sunlight for the orange to go away.
