Christmas lights would give you a bit of what you’re looking for in terms of revenue that let’s you have time with the family for Christmas… no one really wants to pay for them after about the 10th, so other than the occasional repair you’d be mostly free until Jan 1. The issue I see for you is the snow. If you’re doing removal, then you’d probably run into issues where you have lights up (and not get your holiday break possibly). Getting the lights down could be tough also, as we lost about a whole week from one 3-6" snow and 5 days of below freezing temps… couldn’t get them off anywhere. We still maganed to get the last of them down by the 31st, so that was a relief…
That’s why I’d much rather hit 100 or more jobs in the summer and just enjoy the family during the off season 
Maybe I should start a YouTube channel about pressure washing. I don’t think that’s been done to death yet.
