You don’t want 100% close rate anyway…just add this one to the helping that truth column

I knew he wouldnt go for it. I quoted close to 4k for the deck and house. Im at about 50% close rate.
LOL. If he thinks that is high, wait until the contractor gives him a quote to replace the surface of the deck. He will poop on the spot. someone told me the other day that it is now cheaper to go with pvc or trex than PT lumber, in some cases, due to the price spikes.
Ya I tried to price it out and it was high. If I hear back from him I will give an update. I appreciate all the help.
