Just curious how much you’re spending on your Markate package monthly?

do you really need a CRM? I might be unusual because 50%+ of my jobs are large ticket items (deck refinishing) so I might not do as much volume as you do. I’m typically only doing 2-3 house washes and 1-2 window cleaning jobs a week along with 1 deck refinish. So, I personally have no need for a CRM. If I listened to people online though, I’m insane for not running a CRM 
I have a way to invoice people online through text or email and I have a database on my computer with customer information so I can reach out again to them 1-2 years later. Otherwise I use sticky notes at my desk, a paper calendar, and reminders on my phone. I like my system.
AI answering machine is weird. You’d lose customers if you tried to pull that in my area. People wouldn’t trust you. We’re in the country though so maybe more suburban areas you’d be fine with that.
So, what’s your pain point? There might be a simpler answer than buying into a monthly subscription CRM. Don’t try to save yourself some headache by giving yourself a headache just IMO.
