Surfactant same as ‘soap’?

Dads easy strip and yes it’s a time consuming effort. We charge a minimum of $1sqft . Usually closer to $2 sqft on average.
Work in sections 10x10 for small equipment
20x20 if you have at least 8gpm machine.
Put down a thick coat then cover in plastic for 30-45 depending on how hot it is outside.
Then use turbo nozzle to remove it.
Be very carful it will be almost un walkable slippery when you put the stripper down.
Also be very careful when stripping it. Anywhere the stripper goes will remove the paint. If you blast it all over a building you will be repainting it

Thanks, good advice but no way will I get Dads Easy Strip here, can you tell me the primary solvent ?
Wish I could get 1-2 $ sqft, I have quite a few of these jobs coming up. Cleaning is a new concept here

Just been reading about it, sounds perfect… wonder if anyone would ship to Europe… wonder if its allowed in Europe … maybe I could become a distributor …… no sleep tonight :joy: the sites I went on are all out of stock , must be good stuff

It’s possible out of stock because it’s becoming illegal to sell in many places.
A quality sealer stripper will work as well .
It will just take many more coats and drive the cost way up. $2 sqft might not cover cost.
Stripping is not Cleanings and should not be priced the same .

Thanks again. will have a look for a good quality stripper and do another test or two before proceeding.
Totally agree on the cleaning / stripping, unfortunately / fortunately this is a virgin market, almost no one offering the services here which is why I did, not only am I selling a service they don’t realize they need they also associate cleaning with a 5 euro per hour house cleaner ! education plays a big part of my role. 5 months in and I have been able to get some good contracts, water parks, municipalities, ( 100k sq mtr), churches and a few big hotels so its coming… but difficult ! within 2 years we will clean 1 million sq mts per year …. that’s in the plan ! but certainly not at 2$ sq ft ……………….

Europe has different rules. For one, you don’t allow many of the chemicals that are widely available in the US. Two, everything needs to be registered with REACH. Three, it would need to be labeled per GHS labeling rules and US companies don’t do that much.

Did I mention my new job was in regulatory? Lol!!!

Go to where they sell pressure washers, tell them you are looking for a good cleaner that smells like oranges. You don’t want straight d-limonene, you just want it as an ingredient.
