The streaks on the side of the house will go away with a rain or two. I don’t think the ones on the porch will change unless you Do a light rinse.
Yeah I agree with you. Probably rinse whole house to make the customer feel better though.
I get water behind siding often because some of the houses are 3 stories and only 5 feet from the fence to the house. I shoot on an angle as much as I can. I think this time it was running out from behind for a while.
Yeah it happens. Are you near the ocean? Or just in a large developing city?

The water marks are gone. They dried and it only took a week.
