its NOT stucco, its dryvit and or EIFS
SH while its great for most cleanings its not the end all. I would have tried different chemicals if SH didnt do the trick.
I just wanted to say thank you all again for your help with this stubborn stucco or dryvit or whatever it was.
It looks much better now. Not perfect though. But I can’t get it to get any cleaner.
I ended up applying 12.5% SH from a pump sprayer - several layers with 10 min between applications and then rinsing with moderate pressure.
