Yeah I think so. It was a few years ago when I saw that episode. One sign they were messing with was in Chicago so that is probably the one above a busy sidewalk. They did another one on a digital billboard along an interstate and then one in Vegas. It’s crazy what some of those leds or even fluorescent bulbs cost.
