no house specifically,lets say a medium amount of dirt and mold,medium pourous,would that be about 3% mix?
Many factors contribute to that number. You might get away with a 1-2% mix, but time is more valuable these days than bleach. Use the black proportioner, rinse well before and after, and move on to the next job.
