Sodium Hydroxide vs Potassium Hydroxide

SH is a registered pesticide and in many EPA registered formulas…vinegar…'eh, I use it in my glass cleaners some but I don’t use it for any antimicrobial effects.

I also agree that adding an acid to a base is never a good plan.

There are many quats out there that have a high pH or are at least compatible with high pH cleaners.

Quat = Quaternary Ammonium Compound (what most EPA pesticides are made from)

I don’t know why the average person would KNOW chemical symbols, cut yourself some slack. I still can’t even get the concept of “downstreaming”

Can TSP be added to an ebc mix to boost its cleaning outcome?

What is the full name of the product?

Enviro bio cleaner

The only SDS I found is from 2012…but from what I saw there TSP would be compatible. However, if you are needing more cleaning power…well TSP is a good hard surface cleaner but if you are dealing with any kind of grease or grime I would add some butyl to the mix which is in the most cleaners that are purple degreasers.
