How did you find the contact information for all those property managers? I work consistently with 2 apartment complexes but would definitely like to get more. Condos/apartments is good money?

Not sure how far you travel, other then Athens it looks like not much for Condos. Do you Target west Atlanta or Alpherreta? Alpherreta would be a gold mine for Condos.

Yes, we travel to most of NE Ga. Alpharetta is only about an hour from Athens. I will check out those listing, thanks for the info!

You have to heat it a bit with a propane torch. Manufacturers put on a special sealant.
