Has anyone noticed a difference in marketing (specifically, signage) using these or other different terms? Using house washing nets me far fewer responses than “pressure washing,” for example. There is another town in this area, quite high income, that does not respond to pressure washing at all. I am not sure yet if it is due to the advertising medium (newspaper - quite productive in my rural area) or due to grammatical structure, including the terms above.
Just wondering if anyone has had any comparable experiences.
I would say the general public just knows what we do as pressure or power washing.
I tend to have all three in anything I do -
Hot Water Pressure Washing - concrete, driveways, patio, porches, sidewalks and decks
Soft Wash Home Washing - low pressure home exterior and/or roof cleaning.
Power Washing - wood decks, fences, pergolas and more.
We have the right tools for each job to ensure outstanding results while protecting your surfaces.
Something like that hoping to catch whatever “key word” a client will respond to.
Yeah, same here. I always thought this was a strange phrase to market on. I couldn’t imagine this phrase working in any market. Sounds more like some kind of laundry service than pressure washing.
Meanwhile over my way I mentioned that I was going to softwash this blokes house and he said " mate I want you to wash the ### out of it … why would I pay you to softwash it ? What the ### is a softwash???"
Made me laugh.
I didn’t bother explaining what it means I just said ok.
