We use the bypass from the manifold back to the pumps bypass not the buffer tank. So you have a limited run time off the trigger.
Keys to keeping an AR45 or P40 running without leaks:
Always start and stop with the ball valve open and the trigger pulled. Pressure spikes will crack the manifolds and heads or blow o-rings from the starting and stopping which creates over pressure.
Never Run Out of Gas (unexpected stop)
Don’t run off the trigger for more than 5 minutes. Avoids overheating as the bypass line acts as your radiator.
