Oxidation removal stucco

Looks like there is a bit of overspay protection required and some traffic awareness due to risk of spray drift so that needs to be factored in with the labour, materials and elevated work platform costs.
I would be around 5k Aussi dollars depending on confirmed dimensions.

Good point @racer ,
Im not familiar with that product so Iā€™m not sure what compatible is available in the U.S
At the worst a primer/ undercoat may be necessary.

Paint will not bond to sealed surfaces, especially freshly sealed.

You really opened up a can of worms with this one.

Take a deep breathā€¦

Go to a reputable paint dealer and have them recommend the best sealant remover to use.

Apply the remover to a small test area on the wall about 5x5 area where there is def the white haze.

Let it dry.

Grab a can of matching paint and apply it to your test spot and let it dry.

If successful, hire a painter or buy a sprayer.

Thanks everyone. Where I messed up is by not having a disclaimer and a contract. We washed the north walls, same building and another replica right next to it, a total of 1,000 feet long by 30ā€™ tall, and it all came out perfect. The west wall (the one weā€™re talking about) had paint damage from the sun beating on it, which I uncovered from the wash. Aside from the few areas where you could see wand marks you could see lots of blemishes and inconsistencies after the first gentle pass. After I revealed the existing damage on the wall, I tried to go the extra mile to try and fix it, which would of went great if I knew more about using a paint sprayer. But now that has backfired. I need to talk to the client. Iā€™ve had my local paint rep, my old neighbor who is a well seasoned painter, and my friend who is 30 years deep into restoration, all tell me this isnā€™t my fault. They really needed to paint this wall but they still would of had to wash it first.

Sorry @KMP but thatā€™s incorrect.
Many surfaces require a sealer prior to painting.
It is important however to ensure the compatibility of topcoats.
Eg. Donā€™t apply a topcoat that contains aggressive thinners to a freshly painted acrylic sealer, instead apply acrylic topcoat to acrylic sealer.

Out of curiosity I looked up the TDS on the product. They say itā€™s an excellent undercoat for architectural latex paint. Thatā€™s good news at least!
