One Restore vs F9 Groundskeeper

could it be the barc? Barc does brighten up concrete quite a bit.

Good question. There was didferent colors of the concrete initially but I’ll look into that more.

I think I can maybe get it. The rep said I could get hcs400 not sure if that’s more gentle though? I’ll ask the homeowner about the sealer though it could definitely be a factor I wasn’t aware of!

Hcs400 is a degreaser and won’t do anything to whiten the concrete. It’s the best degreaser I have ever used though. You can spray it on that black grease on concrete that you see leading into the back door of restaurants and rinse it away with a garden hose. It’s amazing stuff.

I think you should try rinsing again and see if it foams at all. I used onerestore before and had a heck of a time rinsing it off, and I rinsed ALOT. It wasn’t until I got the foaming to stop that it would dry without the discoloration.

You’re right renting it takes forever I rinsed it so much and still so much foam kept coming up that after I knew for a fact it would be safe I actually tasted the water on the ground to make sure it was just water lol. I’m actually starting to think that it might’ve been the barc. If you pour bark on concrete and do a side-by-side comparison with one restore they both make the concrete that really bright blue white color. However maybe the bark works better or differently somehow it makes it more blue. I’m going to try using that next I’ll post an update.
