I remember being in the military and an old gruff ssgt said the following during a training exercise:
Remember this, there is no such thing as a stupid question, but there are stupid people who ask questions.
I will always remember that guy. Hell of a person to learn things from. I was very fortunate, I got to meet and talk to people who I read about in books.

I was a drill sgt. I got asked lots of stupid questions. I always thought it helped them to remember the answer better if they were knocking out 20 while I gave it to them, lol.

Washing a whole house and rinsing it all with a 12v would be miserable in my opinion. IBS is right, you can ask these same questions in the search bar and get a lot more information. Don’t be lazy about finding information here; you’re asking us to take our time replying so we can save your time reading through posts. But reading through them is going to help you more than you could ever imagine.
My bleach pump lasted a little over a year before I changed the head, and I only did that because the impeller started putting out a second or two of black water (probably impeller) after I let it sit for a winter with water in it. So they really do hold up pretty well.
