Most accurate way to bid

Oh okay…that makes sense. I’ve apparently been doing it all wrong, lol

Until you’re so busy you hope they say no… I just did my last housewash of the season. Two stories and about 50 feet of vinyl fence…they didn’t say no.

One more townhome complex and this guy is off until February! Shazam!

I love the followup email I’m assuming that is sent with the final invoice you send them? Do you get a good response on reviews and referrals from sending this?

I like reminding them about it via email responders, invoice notes, on our shirts, but at the end of the day I’ve noticed it’s most effective to ask them and get a verbal commitment and text or email them a review link right there.

I can’t seem to get commercial reviews though. Most folks I deal with on the commercial side are just employees so they don’t really care OR they don’t know if they’re allowed to review us. I gotta figure out how to make that happen.

Do you do verbal follow up for commercial? While speaking to the business owner or manager that you are working with, just let them know that your company thrives on feedback and would appreciate a review from them.

I’m admittedly not as good about following up with commercial customers. It’s a good point.
