We only use it commercially for flat work.
It is beneficial for oily concrete. Myself and most guys who just wash siding donāt use it. I had a hot water unit when I started. 2 months in I cut the skid down the middle and gave the burner away. I still have the original second half of the skid from Xterior Sales, home of the Xjet lol.
I use heat 90% of the timeā¦ but im one of those crazy fleet washers.
Never use it on residential, though the clients are always impressed by this giant machine and the specs that it puts outā¦ usually dont tell them im using the aame pressure as a garden hose on their house and never fire up the burner lol.

100% of the time.
I use hit water on stucco, drivways, pools, brick patios and chimneys.
I personally dont like the xjet that much.
Only used it 4 times.

I donāt see the point on residential, itās mold, not oil what weāre cleaning, besides, itās hot enough here in Florida
