Milky/Paint run off after house wash

Gotcha what did the milky water look like when it dried? Did it leave a residue

It was still wet when we left so I donā€™t really know

With a foamer

I use straight 12.5 and only get about .8% out the nozzle.

As a window cleaner, I see this all the time with junky vinyl windows. The paint just runs down onto the glass when surfactant is used.

Thats hardly a ā€œhotā€ mix for stucco. I hit stucco with 3% most of the time. 4% sometimes

Yeah. sometimes it just happens nothing to worry about. collect your money and do another one

You are right itā€™s not for stucco but he is not just doing stucco

Link to the former you use

So he used 12.5 straight through an injector. Thatā€™s hardly too hot by most standards and usually not even effective for stucco in my area. Whatā€™s the issue you have with his mix? Heā€™s applying 1.2% max as far as I can tell. Thatā€™s what a lot of people are suing with perfect results

I generally use 2 to 3 percent on stucco depending on how bad it is

Sorry.
Long day.

Oh I know, thereā€™s been a handful of stucco jobs I turned down because I knew my mix wasnā€™t going to be strong enough. Working on setting up 12v.

Cheap paint. Since itā€™s white it will probably look fine.

By the way I ds straight 12.5 on my 8gpm. I would mix 2 gallons water to 3 gallons 12.5 with my 5.5 when I had it hooked up.

Exactly, my mix is hardly strong enough for stucco. Works very well if its just light green algae, which is the bulk of the work that we do. Itā€™s hotter than a lot of the guys here have in their house wash tank because a lot of them are just doing a ton of vinyl, which is a little overkill if youā€™re just doing a bunch of vinyl.

You got an iphone? Going to send you a movie if you do. Sht video of me cleaning 3 year old SW paint off a house that had failed. You didnā€™t do anything wrong

Iā€™m not saying you did anything wrong. I was taught that its always better to start light and go stronger if you need to no reason to use chemical you have to is all I was getting at. But you do what works for you

Same, send me one when you get a chance. Iā€™ve been looking for one for degreaser anyways.

it is lafferty
got 2
one for my 4gpm and one for my 8gpm
I know that pressurewashoutlet has them, did not buy it from them but from laffarty
but cannt find my invoice how much I paid for them.
But I think it was aroud $120 each

Almost every single house. In my area is heavily oxidized siding. We simply just wash and do everything. Possible to reduce pressure and direct streams hitting the surfacd

Gentlemen I would like to apologize to whoever found one of my post offensive and flagged it. I hope I made the necessary changes. Forgive me Iā€™m still new at this forum thing
