I meant I wish I had so much business I could not worry about emails lol

My goal is to get my customer retention rate so high that I don’t have to worry with AdWords, SEO, and all that internet stuff. At that point it’s all repeat and referrals. My oldest son kept the window cleaning portion of our business years ago and doesn’t have a website or Facebook and stays busy. He is still doing customers from 10 years ago. Any residential window jobs that come through my website I send to him. I like store fronts. About the only windows I clean now are for existing customers rolled into in their flatwork price

In power washing, even with good retention rates the normal service span is 2-3 years between services for non commercial.

My goal of getting as many good inquries is the ability to raise praises and grow to 3 crews by end of this summer. My #1 goal is to get out of the truck to build an automated business so I can enjoy doing the things I love…traveling and spending time with family.

Ad words, SEO , Facebook will be the thing of the past in 2-3 years. Google home services, amazon home services will be dominating.

Before you know it, you’ll be able to ask your amazon Alexa or google speaker thingy to schedule a plumber for you. Customers won’t care who the company is, because we will all be working through google/amazon.

This does actually exist already…just not popular yet.

It will be like thumbtack/Home adviser…but we will all be working for google and amazon as subcontractors or we will be out of business.

I know it sounds crazy… lol

It doesn’t sound crazy but the base I’m catering to want people at their home they feel they can trust. A lot of people like owner operators because they don’t want strangers at their home. I have no desire to have crews again

I’m doing the driveways and sidewalks on this home next week. Being an owner/operator was a huge selling point.

no I haven’t hired anyone

They need it. What is that, about 24000 sq ft?

You know that you can block your personal info on WHOIS

I don’t know. I never go by footage I’ve always just figured how long it’ll take. I’m thinking two days. It drains good. The realtor that’s handling it sends my son three to four houses a month for window cleaning and was excited about my demo and the fact that I can get those (ugly) stains off of roofs. All I’m doing on this one though is the concrete. It’s a blessing in January

Yes…but not many people do.

I’ve created a list of property management companies that have = 30k in annual work just from taking 4 hours and compiling a list from doing WHOIS research and sending a mail chimp drip campaign

All cause of a JRod…

Using the “WHOIS” database could be huge for you when it comes to getting route window work.

A lot of small businesses. (Hair salons, nails salons, dry cleaners, small restaurants…etc) building there own website, or at least registered
The domain themselves when they were small fish.

You could make a list of some businesses owners email addresses in a few hours and do a mailchimp email campaign.

You want a Walgreens contract for central NC? Drive thru, sidewalks and windows. Three year deal

@WNC_Roof_Cleaning You can use the copy cat method by looking at your competitors backlinks or other similar companies in other cities. There are many ways. If you’re still looking for backlinks, let me know. I’ll post some ideas here. Thanks!

Are there any On duty Firemen in NC?

I hope so. Tacoma is already gone. That was a heck of a deal. I was researching what was involved to add 4wd. Pretty costly and complicated
