Limestone patina?

Wand marks being fresh is a good thing. They will begin to soften and blend a bit with some exposure to the elements and the passage of time.

Hey, Tim, I appreciate all your help on this. I really wish I could have met you and picked your brain in Nashville. When I get some time, I’d like to discuss a few more things with you regarding this job. We can take it over to the members only section. I know this job is probably a little out of my league, but I would still like to know more about limestone cleaning.
Thanks, again.

Go to the eaco chem website and check out their products EaCo Chem Inc. Cleaning and Restoration Compound Manufacturer …pretty sure you will find a good solution there. I would probably call them in the hopes that you would talk to a really good rep that could go through the pros and cons of some of their products and how they would affect your project…landscaping…etc. Hopefully something that could be applied with a roof pump then soft washed…or even better downstreamed. I don’t know but that’s where I would start.

Oh and take lots of pictures of ALL previous damage. The other guy skipped out you don’t want to be the customers patsy on this. I would address that in a written service agreement so it’s all in black and white.
