Keep Those Books Tight!

I actually just ran across this:

Totally free and looks pretty decent from the free trial I’m playing with.

Hey Steve, I am trying to do some testing and I can’t get it display any of my logos. I have tried multiple formats. Have you had any luck with that?

I finally found one that it would take. It rejected several that met their requirements and that I would have preferred.

Sorry, I’m no help. I haven’t uploaded a logo to Wave yet.

Have you tried reformatting the logos you did like? Sometimes it’s a size issue. Happy to help if you need it.

Ok folks, just finished with testing the Waves platform. Things I accomplished:
Created estimates and invoices
Created chart of accounts
Completed 2019 bookkeeping for new company to send to accountant
I did all that in under an hour!!

Things I didn’t try yet:
Taking CC payments
Using customer database for marketing efforts.

Waves seems to be a simple and robust platform for sending estimate, turning those into invoices, receiving payments, and creating reports. I will be using this until I need something different.
Thanks @steve for pointing out this program.

Hi @dcbrock, If you send me an email, I can make you an Excel worksheet that encompasses this information. I run my father’s books for our farm and our tax lady loves how easily it is put together. I am new to pressure washing so it will take some patience from you as I am not familiar with the lingo of this yet. I would be happy to help.
