In over my head?

Any feedback is great feedback. I can take constructive criticism. I’m definitely no web designer and sure don’t have a degree in marketing but I’m trying my best through research.

Are the photos you used of your actual work?

Work I helped with back when I was in Houston, can’t take full credit.

There’s a local guy here using the picture of the brick patio steps on his page. That’s why I ask.

Honestly I’d have to look into that because I can’t say for a fact the picture was owned by the last company I helped out. They did say I could use a few to get my site started but that’s bad if it’s used by multiple companies. I’m an honest guy and don’t take advantage of people.

I’m pretty sure that the local guy in my area doesn’t own that picture. I think he got it off the Internet. I don’t recommend using photos that aren’t your work, even with permission. It’s borderline dishonest. If you don’t have photos yet then find another aspect of your business you can sell. Usually when you start out, you have to sell yourself. Make your website reflect the real you. Find out what you do well and sell it. Do you return phone calls the same day? Sell that. Do you personally do all the work instead of a hourly employee? Sell that. Do you work weekends or nights? Sell that. You get the idea.

Thanks Steve, dishonest is the last thing I want to portray. Ive never taken a penny I didn’t earn and I don’t want to false advertise my work. Thanks for your feedback.

I have an established pw/window cleaning business for sale. My arthritis has gotten so bad that I’m no longer physically capable of doing the job. I’ve hired an awesome helper and he’s keeping things running. I’m going back into roofing sales until I retire. The business includes a pressure washing trailer rigged with a hot water 3600 psi pressure washer, 2 250 gallon water tanks, a vacuum system that can reclaim and recycle the water. (Great for gas stations, dumpster pads and outdoor dining areas etc), it also has a soft wash system, a generator and a RO/DI water fed pole window cleaning system. Business includes a website, a 2003 Chevy 2500 Express Van, a logo, a contract with 40 drug stores, extension poles, 2 small pressure washers and miscellaneous equipment. The business is based in Nashville, TN. We generate all the work we can handle through Home Advisor, referrals, and word of mouth. If you’re interested, or if anyone is interested, call me at 423 645 5740 or email me at pauldebeer50@yahoo.com
This business generates a nice profit.
Good Luck,
