I have wanted so many times to lease a space in town. I live 12 miles from where I do all of my snow removal. I rarely ever buy bulk bags of salt because I don’t want to have to unload them in my home garage. Sometimes I get caught with my pants down if we get ice on a weekend. Luckily my salt vendor gave me a key to the building so I can get salt whenever I want. It would be so nice to have a space! I built a new shop a year ago 30x36 and it’s full… I’ll be looking late summer! Happy for ya man!

I leased a shop a month ago, the wife not nagging about hoses and equipment , flatbeds and box trucks in the yard has made it worth the $$. Not as nice as yours though, just a 1800 sq ft shop with a bathroom… no office space.

@Innocentbystander do you put a lock on the valve? We’ve been going through a 55 gallon barrel a week or sooner. I need to start getting totes. There’s an elevated concrete pad behind the place probably 4 feet off the ground. It’d be perfect for a tote, but I’m worried about anyone turning it on and emptying the thing.
