I hear your point. I’m just saying it’s a good alternative if you can sell the job. I’m in my second season and I got most of my work from HA last year. Yes, I would pay around $1,500 a month in leads but sold $10-$12K in completed jobs. I like not having to go find jobs.

That’s an awesome return. I have a few buddies here in Tampa that used Angie list with no success. Yet a guy in Venice lives off HA . It’s funny how localized they are 50 miles one way or another it’s either useless or profitable

HA and Angie’s List have different lead models. With AL you pay just to have your company information show up with a few others that offer the same services, so if you have a few reviews it doesn’t make since to pay to advertise when another company has over 900. We use Angie’s List and get a solid return, but we have triple the reviews of any other company in our area.
