In this case, he was asking to whom @APW1 paid $1500 in leads.
Yeah, my bad. I didnāt look at that part. Was rushing. With family at the moment.
Yes Harold, through HA. I literally get 90% of my work through them at the moment.
Lowes has 10%

Select these options for eddm compatibility. At checkout use coupon code 5. This will put you at .07c per card free shipping. It says .15c but this is for a full page which will be cut in half.
Thanks @ Harold
How much are you paying for your insurance? Does it cover commercial or just residential?
$552 a year. Just residential right now I think. Iād have to read back over the policy since whatās actually written isnāt exactly the same as what was spoken about.
Not sure what exactly to look for though. Would it specifically say commercial or the values just be higher? Anyone?
My policy clear states everything. They make it pretty clear what it is for.
I think it would specifically say commercial, and at $552 a year it sounds like its only residential. Commercial would cost more.
But dont take my word for it, Iām still learning about insurance myself. You can always call up your insurance company and ask them what it covers.
Who did you end up going with?
I figured I wouldnāt have the best coverage for that price. But itās a good start and Iām covered. I checked back with my agent and my equipment is covered. Itās just basically the cost to replace it all which isnāt much. The per item limitation I read was explained to meā¦ Itās for say if I rent something for a job and something happens to itā¦ Whatever that item may be is limited per item. And Iāve got basic residential. I didnāt figure Iād be doing much commercial at first. I can always change it or add on I guess.
I went with Blackboard ā¦ An AIG company.
Make sure it has care, custody and control. So if you damage the siding or break something you are cleaning you are covered.
Can you PM me your insurance guy as well please. Does he do commercial?
Iām pretty sure itās against the law to put anything on or in someoneās mailbox without authorization from the postal service.
Itās been 5 years, Iām sure he served his time.
Yeah, you might find a postmaster in a bustling city that would prosecute but the other 90% of postmasters donāt care whatsoever. I asked my local PM and he said āas long as itās not a bomb or some kind of poison I donāt care what you stick on a mailboxā.
