I have tried to get it reverse engineered with no luck. Some say that they can do it but I have never seen it to be completely the same. I buy it 55 gallons at a time and wouldnā€™t wash a house that I used sh without it. I know some disagree with me but it works for me

Have you ever encountered any problems washing around stained decks? Iā€™m guessing it has a good amount of sodium hydroxide in it but I could be wrong. Would love to see the sds

My guess would be itā€™s heavily based on sodium hydroxide and lauaramine oxide

Yall get any snow from storm?

Not even a flurry I wish it would snow. I wouldnā€™t mind to sit in the plow truck turn the radio on and just push snow. For me it relaxing but we only do parking lots

Iā€™d love to see an SDS. Iā€™m guessing it has sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and sodium metasilicate in it. Otherwise known as the brown stuff that cleans HVAC coil cleaners. Sold under many different names but the two big manufacturers are Atlantic Chemical (ACE) and Nu-Calgon. Iā€™ve heard of people using this stuff for house washing before. Itā€™s super hot, and it doesnā€™t neutralize the SH really itā€™s that it is soooo incompatible with SH that the surfactant weakens the SH.

Yeah i was not happyā€¦ they all said we wud be 4ā€ at min. but likely 6ā€ā€¦ total bust and not a flake stuck to concrete/road.

There is a product called brown derby thatā€™s pretty much the same if you can find. I will post the sds tomorrow. But you are right you cant mix the two without water as a buffer. I love it I have washed houses with out it and will never go back to that again. It melts the grime off the siding I never fight bees nest or crazy spider webs. If you mix the two together you hw will be trash in 4 hours. I like it for treating driveways because it will weaken the sh. Long and short if I dont use it sh will kill the grass and plants if I do I have never had a problem in 14 years and my mentor who gave me the recipe for my house wash was in the business for close to 30. Anyway I will post tomorrow itā€™s the proprietary blend that no one can figure out. But I would love to know because itā€™s not the cheapest chemical on the market

Thereā€™s a guy around here who uses Brown Derby as a fleet wash chemical. He said he also uses it on the few house washes he does. He gave me a small sample to try out but since it didnā€™t come with any instructions or an SDS I never used it.

I use it for equipment also brown derby is really hot for fleet wash most people around me use this stuff called green monster which is the watered down version or so Iā€™m told. I will take some pictures of the label it tells you how to fleet wash with it. Iā€™m still trying to learn the fleet wash side of the business

I sent you a message

Sds information can be found here Soap Warehouse
