I refuse to wash a roof unless the gutters are clean and flow freely. If you accidentally spray too much mix which, is easy to do at first, if the gutters are clogged they could overflow. If your mix overflows it’s going to kill any plant it gets on unless you able to rinse right away. That could be hard if there are drips here and there.
Be sure to read up on roof cleaning. You need to either have someone constantly rinsing plants and you should bag the gutters if they run towards grass or could flow towards other plants. Be carefully getting your mix on those dormer windows because a roof mix can etch glass. That second story gutter doesn’t even have a downspout and the water just drops onto the lower roof. You’re going to have to do something about that or mix is going to splash all over or at least right onto the wood shutters, trim, and window. You want low pressure. 500 psi is way too much. Just use a 12v.
You’re priced way too low. I know prices are dependent to the area you live in but $500 is still pretty low. Those are high gutters so charge appropriately. You want to charge more for cleaning out 2nd story gutters than lower level. I would probably double or triple your price and then also charge for the gutters. Most people are shocked by the price until they can’t find anybody else around to do it.
