You can hot those peaks with a 4 foot jrod, 6 foot you can def hit it. Stay focused man thats a good job to pick up and they usually turn into yearly contracts and more properties if you make friends with the property manager.

Which reminds me. I actually need to order a new wand from pressure tek. The one I have is 3/8 and a jrod is 1/4.

Yea man you can do it for sure! Just gonna have to bust your ass. My first commercial job was a 93 unit condo complex lucky all 2 story buildings. I did it with a direct drive 4gpm machine by myself, although i was in my early 20’s and was willing to do some hard work. Now 13 years later I still have that contract that we do twice a year, of course with a big ass trailer, 5.6 and 8 gpm machines. You gotta start somewhere and “fake it will you make it” and you’ll eventually make it.

Good luck my man! I’m rooting for you and very excited to hear back from you on how it goes.

I have a 4.2 PSI 4GPM pressure washer, direct drive & just started my business as well working my way up to the big guns. Please let me know how this goes for you sir! Btw how many feet of hose do you have?

Not everyone is spoiled enough to start with 50k. Not putting you down for it, but just keep that in mind.

You can pound sand. How do you figure I was spoiled? I started this business to make money, not cobble about with junk equipment. No one spoiled me. Money for this business start up was earned by me from other businesses and hard work.

I contacted them yesterday twice to follow up. The lady was busy both times I called and would call me back in a minute. I’m just getting the run around unfortunately. It’s ok though, it was worth evaluating and giving the quote. Maybe next time!
