OSHA standard would likely call that a working walking surface. Would need to know the pitch. But to be compliant they would need fencing 3 foot around the inside perimeter of the roof. No harness.

I’m having vision of the Metal Gear games floating in my head.
They had a scissor lift. If they knew what softwashing was they wouldn’t even have to get on the roof at all lol. I was about ready to throw in the towel before I discovered softwashing, it’s incredible.
My neighbor got his house painted in may and the painter could not get part of his gutter clean with high pressure. After watching all the videos and reading up on it I tried the softwash process from 25’ down on the ground and it surprised both of us how fast the grime came off! I was like oh snap this ish really works!
