Test drive it out for a while. Owner is very nice about letting you try everything out first. Then he let me convert it all over onto real account.
I purchased TCF as well. I hit the wall this year with business as well - had to rely on handyman work to pull me through. I read your post and have had a lot of the same struggles as you. Lots of competition in my area and customers with goldfish memories. I think “re”-investing in previous customers is where I failed. I’d be interested in hearing how you make out @Corbin

Thanks Joseph - I re-read your post and got excited about you and Corbin getting results from EDDM. I’m gonna try that to see what results I can get. I gotta turn this around though - or I might be wearing an Amazon delivery driver shirt soon 
Pretty much everything gets results…it’s just a matter of knowing how much, and what the expense is (and the budget allows). I’ve even seen guys have success flinging flyers with a clip on them into people’s driveways…not for me, but alot of stuff works at various levels in various places. The only thing that doesn’t work, is nothing.
