booked two jobs throught the day and never talked to them over the phone. Promoting text is just a no brainer these days i think.
I think nowadays people go to text as default. They’ll try to text a non-text number before they try to call it, because if the number doesn’t receive texts the sender gets an immediate bounceback.
In my opinion: adding ‘Text’ is fine as long as it doesn’t clutter an otherwise clear message.
