P.S. - In case anyone was wondering about the $50 comment i made earlier… back in June, IB told me he would send me $50 if – you’re gonna love this – ‘awesomewash1’ was still around in 3 months.
He asked me for my address to send it, but i told him it wasn’t necessary, as i owed him far more than that for all the help he has given me.

I will most likely be around next year too. Switching locations and possibly teaming up with someone who does mostly commercial flat work. Said person thinks we would do well together. I just got to run the numbers and see if working with this person will be a good idea.
I personally couldn’t have a business partner, we could all make a lovely long list of reasons; of I need someone I’ll hire them.

He has no life other than being a troll…kind of sad.
Even sadder, he thinks people will use information that he puts out there. He likes to tout his IT and business prowess…but based on what I see from him here, he is nothing more than a joke. If he were as sharp as he claims he is…well, he would not be hanging around here…trolling.
