That’s kinda a rude thing to say.
Well, IBS…you certainly know about rude remarks.
Anyway, it is kinda true…and the truth ain’t always pretty.
He stated the facts, I did not.
I understand why he does what he does…but don’t extol the virtues of trust…when you are not exactly fully on board with it. Easier to say that I trust my guys with parts of my business, but not everything.
I fully trust my guys and they appreciate my trust.
I have them collect money from residential jobs on a daily basis.
But even though I have a strong bond with my guys, I would never have them collect from a commercial job.
You have to draw the line at some point no matter how much you trust your employees…
