Do you need a buffer tank for a pressure washer?

Oh I live in the hood brother. I love it but there are definitely some downsides

I would go with a minimum 4 gpm or 5.5 gpm and 3000 psi. You’ll want enough psi to do concrete too in case somebody wants their porch, walkway, patio, or driveway cleaning. You don’t want to leave easy money on the table.

Where I’m located in Ohio, there is about a 50/50 split on city water to well water. Some of the wells are strong, some put out about 1-2gpm. I have a 330 tote on my truck and I never leave home with less than 200g on my truck at a time. I’m not so much worried about hurting my equipment because I keep an eye on my water level. I do get concerned over running out of water mid job and having to wait for an hour to get water back in the tank.
