Not really.
Back in 2005 I met Chris at the IWCA convention in Nashville. He owned the largest window cleaning company on the East coast. Really cool guy. There were only like three online forums back then and Chris kept getting harassed because of jealousy by other “big shots” in the industry. He even got booted from the predominant industry forum.
As a result he wanted to start industry forums that weren’t so heavy handed in moderation due to the influence of vendors or really fat leaders of organizations.
I assure you Chris and his brother Alex are quality people who want you to buy from them because they are #1 in customer service, not because you use this forum. Just buy something from them and you’ll see. I have been buying all my window cleaning supplies exclusively from them since 2007 and don’t even shop around.

Ive never dealt with Chris but I have bought from Alex several times and have always gotten top notch service

I may not help out much because im still pretty new but i always try. As far as the daily users here. Its not that strange we just enjoy conversation with like minded people that have the same interests.
But your are right this is one strange forum 
you never know what you are going to read about here lol

@anon61323032 some of us saw that hey maybe people doing this for 20+ years don’t want to talk about pressure washing issues EVERY DAY.
Maybe I should talk about interests ,sports fishing, food. I decided that ,didn’t need this forum to force me into it. The friendly conversations have always been here in the derailment of the threads.
I can conversate about life and learn in quiet. Or as @racer @hotshot @Innocentbystander have stated multiple times you can even pm or call them if you really have an issue.
Probably get more from a friendly conversation and photos directly vs new surface what dis? How much? 2.3gpm good?
