Ask him for a detailed list of the accounts so you can check out the properties to see if it’s worth it…then go sell them
I agree with @Infinity. Not real impressed if he’s been in business for that many years. He also probably forgot to mention that most of those hours are going to be real early in the am or real late at night. Got to clean most commercial, especially restaurants when they’re closed, and now a days, that’s not often.
