Christmas come early

Hose from reel. Whip line. Ball valve. Gun.

Someone else will have to explain why the hoses blow out here. I’m not totally sure. I’ve only had 5 hoses, never used a whip on the end, and never pull the hose with the gun or ball valve unless surface cleaning. Knock on wood no blowouts yet.

You shouldn’t have a ball valve on your line, but that is a different fight that people will have to learn on their own. The whip line hooks to the end of your hose and the gun plugs into it. It’s just a sacrificial piece of hose. That sections seems to blow out more than anywhere else, probably water hammer where the hose stays bent the most. I use these. There should be no quick connects on your hose except on the ends.

Gotta get buffer set up.

On a side note…

When i ordered machine Bob said 3-5 gpm injector… didnt even think about it. Realized 5-8 gpm injector came with machine. Normally dont run more than 150 ft house… im going to use 3-5, but would difference would 5-8 make?

It’s 4 gpm machine ?
